The YMCA of Snohomish County has had a problem going back to before I joined in 2023 – its digital presence has not been aligned with the caliber of community-building work that happens everyday. After 3 years of planning, and 6 months of execution, there is finally a solution.

This website project is the culmination of 3 years of envisioning, brainstorming, practice, and reminding our leadership of the value of a new marketing website. The work started in earnest in January 2026, and officially launched on July 1, 2026.

Built in Framer, with data driven from our own custom in-house headless CMS platform, this build is an amalgamation of countless design revisions, dozens of vibe coded components, and interactive animations. This website had to be both a technical step forward and an improvement in how we connect with our community, which included gathering extensive data and user flow insight from stakeholders across the organization as well as launching a new real-time scheduling system in cohort with our technology team.
